About me
The person behind the ERP Self-Test.

CTO for ERP, e-commerce and B2B SaaS
I lead the development of complex ERP and e-commerce software.
For more than 20 years I have scaled and modernized commerce and retail platforms, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Today I'm responsible for market leading ERP products. My work sits where business software, architecture and AI meet. I help established engineering organizations become agentic: agents write and review code, people steer through specs, guardrails and decisions. The real challenge is rarely the technology. It's activating people for the journey.
The ERP Self-Test is how I keep myself honest: build in public, measure, and say clearly what works and what doesn't.
